The schedule is posted monthly so athlete can arrange their schedules to attend workout. We encourage athletes to attend workouts consistently; therefore, the results that everyone wants will be there. Group workouts are beneficial because we split athletes up in different groups according to skill, experience, coaching. We assure every athletes is getting push but not to much over their heads.
